The Bayleys auction rooms were a nice venue and we were please that we didn't have to sit in the auction room, but could watch the process on the TV in the entrance room. Kay has a lovely manner about her and was very complimentary about our house which was flattering. We certainly felt like it was important to Kay to obtain the best price possible but this was less about money and more about providing us with the best possible service.
